Wela is a village in Ruteng Distric, Manggarai Regency, Flores, Indonesia. In Wela  have many plants. The name of plants are Bamboo, Dadap (Erythrina variegata)), .......(Teno),...........(Uwu), Coffee,  ........(namut),  palm tree (pohon enau), clove tree (pohon cengkeh), jackfruit tree (pohon nagka), banyan tree (pohon beringin),  ampupu tree (pohon ampupu) , sengon tree (pohon sengon),  fig tree (pohon ara), amgo tree (pohon mangga), pecan tree (pohon kemiri), cocolate tree (pohon coklat),  guava tree (pohon jambu),  orange tree (pohon  jeruk),  fir tree (pohon cemara), banana tree, etc.

Plant are very important. We need them for wood, food, medicine and many other things.  We see plants in Wela in around us - in garden, forest, water spring,  cemetery,  side of the road , etc.
